Publishing your info product:
You MUST save your info as a PDF file if you want to offer it as a download or on a CD. This insures that everyone, regardless of what kind of computer they have, will be able to open the file and read it using Adobe Reader (which most people already have installed, and if they don’t, it is free to get).
You will need some software to do this. You can either purchase the PDF software from Adobe or use a free PDF converter.

Of course, nothing says that you must publish electronically. There is nothing wrong with offering a paper print out or bound copy of your info product. Keep in mind that this will increase your costs dramatically (paper and shipping). Also, if you use a service such as Clickbank to help you sell your info product, they require an electronic version be provided (more on this later).
Keep in mind that many people offer the information for free on a website (like I am doing here) in order to make money on their affiliate programs and adsense ads. This may also be an option for you.
